Scottish Communities Initiative (SCi) is a Scottish registered charity which will "help create a more equal, just and educated Scotland."

Leadership  Development & Mentoring Programs

SCi has developed and executed several successful Leadership, Mentoring and Development projects that have assisted people - particularly youths - to gain vital life and career enhancing skills and qualifications such as the Certificate from the Institute of Leadership and Management. These projects include the the popular Etihad Challenge and Phoenix Lion. Helping youngsters - some with confidence and mental health issues, these projects have been constantly oversubscribed and we look forward to continuing these post Covid. Both SCi and its participants have received awards from the British Army and other community organisations in recognition of the successful programs and contributions.
